Last week, we went to the Austrian part of Lake Constance for a week of work + travel with a panoramic view of the Alps. 🏔️

The format has been established at our company for several years now and has become an integral part of our team events. We benefit from several things at once:

• We bring almost all Virtimos together in one place. This is hardly ever the case otherwise, as some of us don’t live in Berlin or rarely work in our office. This means that we create space for a lot of personal exchange.
• We use this opportunity for lots of know-how sessions and workshops. We deliberately make time for topics that don’t find enough space in the hustle of everyday life.
• Apart from the professional level, we also spend a large part of our free time enjoying ourselves together – for that extra dose of V-connection.

In addition to our regular project work, this year we have focused in particular on the topics of AI and IT security. The latter was already a key aspect at VIRTIMO VISIONS, so it is important to us to continuously sensitize all colleagues to further measures. When it comes to AI, we discussed the question of which tools we can integrate into our day-to-day work in a meaningful and data protection-compliant way. We also took a look at the possibilities of using AI with IGUASU 3, which will be released in the coming weeks.

After our work was done, we got together for a wide range of different activities, including: canyoning, padel tennis, cooking, stand-up paddling, yoga, hiking and VR games. It goes without saying that our team spirit was evident from our nails in the colors of the Virtimo wave. 💅🌈

Back in Berlin, we can look back on an altogether successful and intensive week in Bregenz and are already looking forward to the next trip, because after a Work + Travel trip is, as we all know, before another Work + Travel trip. ✌️
